Which version of Windows 10 is currently installed? See how to verify:

Which version and edition Windows did you originally upgrade from or was installed prior to your current version:
Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info
Click sign in with a local account instead
Enter your current password
Click Next
Enter a name, password, confirm it, enter a hint
Click Next
Click Sign out and Finish
Sign into the account
Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info
Click sign in with a Microsoft account instead
Enter the email address of the account you want to use
Click Next
Enter your Microsoft Account password
Enter the current Local account password used to sign into the account
Click Next and you should be signed in with the new account.
Try installing the game again.

Well, when I first tried installing the game I did exactly that process because the orginal account I was installing it from couldn't do it from some reason I don't know, and when I made that new account I couldn't get the game since my device wasn't up to date to begin with. I upgraded from Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.345) to Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.472)

I tried it and it said that there may be problems with my internet but I know that isn't the case, because its been working fine all day.

Try upgrading to Windows 10 1809 then try installing again.

This message generally is due to two things. The first one usually is the cause.
- Your Windows isn't updated - most of the messages require version 1903 and later. Typing winver in the search should tell you what version you have.
- The app isn't compatible with your device - make sure the app can be installed on the PC. There are some developers who have different apps for Xbox, and PC separately listed. If that does not help, check the system requirements.
